I have also been in estate and property management for over 30 years. So, whether buying your first home or a seasoned purchaser, understanding your needs as the client is of utmost important and crucial in ensuring your house buying or selling expectations are met.
I understand the stresses of selling and purchasing properties and I want to ensure this experience is as stress free as possible by listening to your needs, keeping in touch and ensuring you are always kept up to date. Moving and selling can be challenging in their own rights so working at making the journeys as easy and smooth as possible is my aim for you as my client. Having worked for a number of years in the private property management sector has allowed me to understand the need for accurate information to enable clients to make informed decisions which is paramount in this whole process.
In addition, I have a flair for design and can assist in showing how your new home can work for you in the way you want. My job is not all of me, I enjoy social times with friends, walking, playing sport, the cinema, being on the Faversham Creek and travelling to name a few.
The areas I cover are Faversham and the surrounding numerous villages, as far as Challock , Chartham, Seasalter, Teynham and also the town of Sittingbourne.
