Group Training Adviser 0330 912 5285I started my estate agency career back in 1985 working for a small independent agent before moving on a year later whereby I joined a large Independent agent which covers the south east of England.
I quickly progressed and eventually moved into management roles running offices in Dover, Birchington, Canterbury and Whitstable.
I then took the role in 2006 of Company Trainer and had the privilege of training across the whole group. I did this for 8 years before heading the running of the companies call centre which I did for a further 6 1/2 years. I then set up my own business in 2020 carrying out training and some additional estate agency work.
I firmly believe in the future of estate agency being relational and not transactional and I have a passion for developing people/companies to be the very best version of themselves. I enjoy the job as much now as I did when I started
