Meet Tara; covering Folkestone and surrounding!

Hi, I’m Tara and I am a personal property agent here at Distinctive Homes. I live along the beautiful south east coast in Folkestone and have lived in many of the main towns around including the villages which I absolutely adore. I have watched the areas grow so much with investment and connections like the High Speed Train to London which has had a positive impact on the property prices as well as desirability.

I previously worked within a corporate estate agency environment which gave me a solid base for my career as an estate agent but working within the Distinctive Homes family has allowed me to provide a truly personal, one to one service which I feel is missing from many of the traditional estate agency businesses and being a dynamic and forward thinking company, this has allowed me to prove a market leading service. The process of buying and selling is one of the most stressful things that many of us will encounter in our lives and I take great pride in looking after all sides of this to ensure the journey is as smooth as possible and concludes with the minimum amount of fuss.

Whilst being dedicated to my role as your personal agent, I do take great delight in spending times with my family and watching my 2 boys grow along with being heavily involved in raising money for charity through various sporting events. Reading is one of my passions and I take great pride when putting property details together as I enjoy telling a story about the property to attract potential buyers to view.
